Just about everyone, given the choice, wants different options when it comes to their handlebars. At Oxford Bike Works we give our customers that choice. We offer our customers the full range of Ergon grips, as well as more reasonable, but equally thoughtful options. You can expect to be taken through a series of choices when you visit, in order to work out what's best for you.

For a number of years now we have been using thumb shifters on our Expedition bikes. They have proven to be supremely reliable - much more likely to survive crashes and with only 7 moving parts they really work well. They have the added advantage of being able to be used in friction mode which means never having to worry about indexing. We also offer these on our other bikes for a small upgrade fee.
